We want you to love working with our tools in your kitchen. If any Kitchenova item does not meet your highest expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund back to your original payment method.
1. How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is simple and straightforward:
- Send an email to support@kitchenova.com with your order confirmation number (e.g., KITCH-XXXXXX) and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our concierge desk will issue you a prepaid return shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip within 24 hours.
- Safely pack the items in their original protective gift packaging, affix the prepaid label to the box, and hand it to any authorized carrier drop-off location.
2. Refund Processing Time
Once our inspection team receives and verifies the parcel at our central logistics facility, refunds are released back to your original credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay account within 3 to 5 business days. Your banking institution may take an additional 1 to 2 business days to post the credit to your statement.

Beyond the 30-day return window, all Kitchenova culinary products are protected against structural defects, blade chipping, and material flaws under our Lifetime Warranty.
