We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct typographical pricing errors without prior notice. 2. Orders & Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Kitchenova reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any legitimate commercial reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, credit verification failures, or stock discrepancies.
3. Product Presentation & Specifications
Because many of our products are handcrafted from natural organic materials—including American Black Walnut, natural Carrara marble, and hand-forged folded Damascus steel—minor variations in grain patterning, color depth, and marble veining are inherent to the artisanal nature of these heirloom materials and celebrate true individuality.
4. Limitation of Liability
Kitchenova chef knives and blades are extraordinarily sharp and forged for professional culinary cutting. You agree to exercise appropriate culinary caution and safety protocols when unboxing, handling, cleaning, and storing our cutlery. Kitchenova shall not be liable for incidental injuries resulting from negligent handling or misuse.
